Description
For the majority of existing firms, there are two distinct customer types: “simple” consumers who purchase things for personal use and “resellers” who sell products to their own customer pool.
While the first is frequently an infrequent user, the reseller is a consistent, devoted consumer who purchases several times over time. Reseller purchases are frequently large (tens, hundreds, or thousands of units of the same product) and constant (e.g. weekly or monthly): in practise, the reseller acts as a guarantee for the company from whom he purchases. These are your most valuable clients.
