Policie regarding refunds

We consider refund requests within three days of purchase on a case-by-case basis, and we do not offer unconditional refunds. Due to the increasing of frauds in the industry (purchasing a product and then requesting a refund to get the product for free), we only grant a refunds in certain specific cases.

Because our products are digital downloads, we cannot restrict their usage after they have been downloaded. Therefore, a refund will only be considered within three days of the purchase date. Refunds will not be provided if:

  • There has been no contact with our technical support team on our website and you have simply requested a refund after purchase
  • It was an error on your part and you did not download what you required. Once you have downloaded the product, you change your mind or you purchased the product by mistake
  • The product is not suitable for your level of expertise. As a result of not carefully reading the documentation provided by the developer, you are unable to correctly install or configure the downloaded product
  • The product is not compatible with your WordPress, plugins, web server, or other environment
  • The product did not meet your expectations. Before purchasing, you should review the selling page and ask any questions you may have
  • In order to receive automatic updates, the product displays a message indicating that you must enter your license key or activate it. There are no other license restrictions
  • During the installation of the product, your site was broken or your data was lost
  • It has been three days since the purchase of the item.

Time required for processing

Gpl Elements transmits your refund request to our Payment Gateway partners when you submit a refund request. As a result of the Gateway & the bank’s processing time, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refunds to reflect in the customer’s bank account or card balance.

Depending on the payment method used during the transaction, the time it takes for a normal refund to be processed may vary.
